Terms of Enrollment

The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in The Curator Academy Program presented by Anne Alexander-Sieder, Act Bold LLC ("Company"). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By visiting and using the Program Portal/Membership Site you agree that your use of our Site, participation in our Program, and use of Program materials is governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

The Act Bold - The Curator Academy ("Program") is delivered online and over Zoom, and includes 6 live training sessions, customized mentorship, and accountability coaching. You will gain access to this support via a private online community, so you can connect with other passion-driven individuals at your level and receive strategic, high-level guidance when you need it.

What's Included:

• Access to our private community, weekly coaching calls with Anne, and access to all training materials as they pertain to the lessons.
• Weekly Group Coaching Call with Anne.
• Access to your private online community where you'll receive support and guidance from Anne and the accountability of your teammates and fellow like-minded creators.
• Video Modules to supplement your live mentoring calls.
• Workshop planning resources, templates, and swipe files to accelerate your implementation.

We are committed to providing all participants with a positive experience. Thus, COMPANY may, at its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate your participation in any of its programs, live, recorded, social media-based, or digital, including access to the private community and weekly coaching calls without refund or forgiveness of remaining payments if:

• you become disruptive or difficult to work with;
• you fail to follow the program guidelines; or
• you impair the participation of our instructors or participants in our program(s).

Empowerment, Approach, and Outcome Clarification:

Our program is meticulously designed to empower individuals to turn their passions into purpose-driven, income-generating projects, with a strong emphasis on the curator approach rather than the expert model. By helping you identify your passions and interests, connect with relevant experts, and create meaningful experiences for others, we aim to provide you with a sustainable path to monetize what you love. This approach is integral to our commitment to provide you with the tools, strategies, and support needed to navigate this journey with confidence.

Understanding the Nature of Outcomes:

Comprehensive Empowerment: We focus on empowering you to leverage your natural curiosity and interests without requiring you to be the expert. This involves deep dives into the curator model, ensuring you know how to connect with experts and create valuable experiences for participants.

Acknowledging Reality: While we strive to enhance your ability to turn your passion into income, it's important to recognize that success is influenced by many factors including your level of implementation, the specific passion area, and local market conditions.

Clarification on Promised Outcomes: Our program does not guarantee specific income outcomes. Instead, our promise lies in equipping you with a comprehensive framework to create opportunities around your passion with a clearer understanding of how to leverage the curator model effectively.

Participant Acknowledgment:

By participating in our program, you acknowledge the focus on the curator approach as a foundational element. You understand that while our resources and guidance aim to significantly bolster your ability to monetize your passion, we cannot guarantee specific financial results.

1. Content:

• Program education and information are intended for a general audience and do not purport to be, nor should it be construed as, specific advice tailored to any individual.
• All materials, procedures, policies, and standards, all teaching manuals, all teaching aids, all supplements, and the like that have been or will be made available, Company or its designated facilitators, or any other source, oral or written, are for personal use in or in conjunction with this training program only.
• Program content is for personal use only and may not be sold, recorded, videotaped, shared, taught, given away, or otherwise divulged without the express written consent of Company, or its designated agent.
• The information contained in program material is strictly for educational purposes. Therefore, if you wish to apply ideas contained in this material, you are taking full responsibility for your actions.
• We assume no responsibility for errors or omissions that may appear in any program materials.
• Usernames and passwords may not be shared with any third-parties.
• Any violation of Company's policies regarding content usage shall result in the immediate termination of your enrollment without refund.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality:

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of fellow Program participants. By participating in this program, you hereby agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants and the Company. This includes business ideas, workshop concepts, and personal information.

3. Interactive Features:

It is a condition of your use of the Site and participation in the Program that you do not:

• Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Site.
• Use the Site to impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt any servers or networks used to provide the Site or its features.
• Use the Site to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane, or indecent information of any kind.

4. Membership and Fees:

The cost of the program is $2,700.00 USD, plus VAT where applicable. Payments are to be made in full according to the mutually agreed upon terms between the Company and Client.

5. Payment Terms and Consequences of Nonpayment:

Payments are due as per the mutually agreed payment schedule. Failure to make timely payments will result in immediate suspension of access to the learning portal, the private community, and any ongoing program materials until the payment issue is resolved.

6. Late Payment Penalties:

Any payment not received within 10 days of the due date will incur a late payment fee of 10% of the outstanding balance or 25 dollars, whichever is greater.

7. Refund Policy:

All payments made are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal from the program, dissatisfaction with the materials, or failure to complete the program. Participants are responsible for completing their payment obligations, regardless of participation in the program.

8. Collection Costs and Legal Fees:

In the event that your account becomes delinquent and requires the involvement of a collections agency or legal action to recover unpaid amounts, you will be responsible for all associated costs.

9. Force Majeure:

Neither party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if such failure is due to causes beyond its reasonable control.

10. Termination:

The Company reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time if you violate the terms of this agreement, become disruptive, or fail to comply with the Program guidelines.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties:

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or financial gains as a result of participating in the program. The program is designed to provide tools and strategies, but success is influenced by factors beyond the Company's control. By participating, you acknowledge that individual results may vary and agree to take full responsibility for your application of the program materials.

The Passion Project to Purpose Collaborative Agreement

This Collaborative Agreement is designed to illustrate guidelines and norms that new clients of Act Bold LLC (the company) agree to operate by. These guidelines are meant to establish clear expectations for how we will work together, which will enhance performance.

Company agreements:

The company recognizes the responsibility to provide an environment that inspires cooperation, productivity, shared responsibility, and celebration. To contribute to those goals, the company agrees to provide the following to each client:

Resources for Support: We understand firsthand how challenging it can be to join an online program and feel supported. We are committed to having the best program in the industry and that is why we have such a robust system for supporting our clients. You will have access to weekly group calls with Anne where you can ask questions and speak to her live, a private online community where Anne is active and will answer your questions within 24 hours (except on weekends).

Fierce Commitment to Your Growth: Anne operates by a very specific set of core values and each of them is designed to provide you the best possible interaction with our products and services. We are committed to having the best products and services in the industry and, each day, we are mindful of how we can improve operations to uphold that commitment. When you join Passion Project to Purpose, know that Anne is just as invested in your success as you are.

Lifetime Access: Just as you are learning more and growing your passion project, so is Anne and so is Passion Project to Purpose! Each year, as the program is updated and expanded, you learn those new strategies and can fold them into your approach. We are committed to creating success ripples throughout the world and your wins are our wins!

Client agreements:

Personal Commitment: Turning your passion into purpose (and profit) is rewarding work! While Passion Project to Purpose provides you the framework you need to be successful as efficiently as possible, you still need to show up and do the work. This is not a "done for you" service nor is it a "magic bullet" that will create a successful income stream overnight. This is a map to follow, but you have to put one foot in front of the other on your own. It doesn't matter how much work you put in each day. What matters most is that you are consistent. By joining this program, you agree to follow the system and consistently put in the work on the schedule and volume that best fits you and your life.

Ask for Help: As someone drawn to this program, you embody the spirit of a 'passion explorer'. You have interests and curiosities that light you up, and you're ready to share them with others in a meaningful way. This creative energy propels you and makes this journey uniquely yours. However, as a participant of Passion Project to Purpose, there may be times when you'll need guidance. Our team has devised a supportive system to nurture your unique journey.

By joining this program, you commit to leveraging this support when you need it. Whether you're facing a challenge with approaching experts or designing your event, we encourage you to reach out. And, if the first solution doesn't resonate with your instincts, you are empowered to keep seeking answers with us until you find your path to success.

Radical Accountability: One of Anne's core values is radical accountability. By this, we mean that we will own our mistakes... and our wins. We will learn from the things we do wrong or that don't go the way we wanted them to, and we will take a pause and celebrate the things we did well and that went well. By joining this program, you agree to recognize failure as feedback and learn from it. You also agree to take a moment each time something goes well to celebrate your forward progress.
