The following Terms of Enrollment govern your participation in the program presented by Anne Alexander-Sieder, Act Bold GbR (“Company”). Please read these Terms of Enrollment carefully. By enrolling in the program and using the Program Portal/Membership Site, you agree that your participation in the program and use of Program materials are governed by the following terms and conditions, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Program Overview

The Act Bold - From Overlooked to Booked (“Program”) is a learn-on-demand course delivered via an online learning portal. You will have lifetime access to the course materials, which include video lessons, interactive exercises, and other educational resources. In addition, you will receive one free 1:1 coaching session with Anne Alexander-Sieder to help you clarify your challenges and take the next steps in your acting career.

Enrollment Terms

By enrolling in the From Overlooked to Booked program, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Content Use:

    • Program materials, including video lessons and resources, are intended for personal use only. You may not share, sell, or distribute any of the content provided in the program without the express written consent of the Company.
    • Usernames and passwords are for individual use only and may not be shared with any third parties.
    • Any violation of these content usage policies may result in the termination of your access to the program without refund.

  2. Privacy & Confidentiality:

    • We respect your privacy and expect you to respect the privacy of other participants in the program (if applicable). Any information shared during your 1:1 coaching session is confidential and should not be disclosed to third parties without permission.
    • You agree not to share or reproduce any materials, discussions, or content from your 1:1 coaching session with Anne or any proprietary course content.

  3. Coaching Session:

    • You are entitled to one free 1:1 coaching session (valued at $200) with Anne Alexander-Sieder. This session is to help you clarify specific career challenges and receive tailored advice.
    • This session must be scheduled within six months of your purchase of the program, and failure to schedule the session within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the session.
    • The coaching session is intended for personal guidance and does not include ongoing support beyond the session.

  4. No Guarantee of Results:

    • While the program provides strategies, insights, and support to help you advance in your acting career, success in this industry depends on many factors, including individual effort and external conditions. We do not guarantee specific results, such as booking roles or obtaining auditions, through participation in the program.

  5. Limitation of Liability:

    • The Company is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the program materials, coaching sessions, or any other services provided by the Company.
